Data collected

The contact form on this site sends nothing to a server. It composes an email in your own mail client, which you read over and send yourself. No form provider ever sees your answers: they reach us as an ordinary email.

What you tell us that way, by email or over WhatsApp:

  • Your identity: first name and last name
  • Your contact details: email address, postal address, phone number if you fill it in
  • The context of your request: type of project, tasks to automate, description, indicative budget
  • Anything you choose to write freely in your message

Like any web server, the one hosting this site keeps an access log: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. It serves security and the running of the site, nothing else. Those entries are not used to identify you, not cross-referenced with other data, and not passed to anyone.

Purposes and legal bases

We process this data on the basis of your request, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running this site, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, art. 6). The purposes are:

  • Answering your request and preparing a possible contract
  • Carrying out and following up an engagement, including invoicing
  • Meeting our legal obligations, accounting ones in particular
  • Keeping the site secure and running

Cookies and measurement tools

This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and embeds no audience measurement or advertising tool. So there is no consent banner: there is nothing to accept and nothing to refuse.

Typefaces are served from our own server. Loading a page of this site calls no third-party service.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising. It is accessible to the two founders of Voxel and to the technical providers strictly required, who are bound to confidentiality:

  • Hostinger International Ltd, Cyprus, for hosting the site on a server located in Frankfurt, Germany
  • Google Ireland Ltd, for the business mail service that delivers and stores the emails you send us
  • Google Meet, only if you accept a video meeting
  • WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, only if you choose to write to us on that channel

These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and by the European Commission.

Retention periods

We keep your data only as long as it is useful:

  • Enquiry with no follow-up: two years at most after the last exchange
  • Contractual relationship: the term of the contract, then ten years for accounting records (art. 958f CO)
  • Server log: a few weeks, then deletion

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The server is reachable by cryptographic key alone, the mailboxes are limited to the two founders, and the systems receive security updates automatically.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for:

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Its correction or its deletion
  • Restriction of the processing, or objection to it
  • Portability of the data you sent us
  • Withdrawal of your consent, with no effect on what was already processed

Write to contact@voxel-ai.ch. We answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern or, if you live in the European Union, to the supervisory authority of your country.

Changes

This policy moves with the site and the tools we use. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its revision date.
